Analyzing the ingredients of products from different categories.
Each school will do as much as it wants and propose its results
during the next meeting but everyschool must work on :
– bread
– potatoes
– pizza
– fruit juice
– tomato salsa.
Compare these analyzes with the same products comming from
different sources (artisanal, industrial production or home made)

Finding out how to replace artificial or harmful food additives with
some natural ingredients, good for our health, e.g. substances
enhancing the taste can be replaced with spices.
